Obituary of Vivian Abbott

V ivian Irene Abbott, 89, of Silver Lake, Ohio, passed away on January 3, 2019 surrounded by family.

She was born on April 5, 1929, and was an only child. She attended Stow High School and has been a long-time member of the Ravenna Church of Christ. Vivian married Clifford Abbott on April 26, 1947 and together, had three children. She retired from Morse Controls in 1991. She then volunteered her time with children and the elderly. Vivian was a kind, loving woman.

Vivian was preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Sturgill, and husband, Clifford Abbott. She is survived by her son, Mark Abbott; daughter, Sherry Sammons; and granddaughter, Angela Visco.

A private, family burial will take place on January 7, 2019 at Stow Cemetery.
