STOW - Willa Sutton Williams, 99, died January 1, 2024.
Willa was born February 17, 1924, in Clay County, West Virginia. She had worked at Goodyear Aircraft in Akron during World War II as a “Rosie the Riveter.”
Preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Williams, and her daughter, Sue Williams Testa, she is survived by her son, Gary (Joyce) Williams; six granddaughters; eleven great-grandkids; and six great-great-grandkids.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 6, 2024, at 12 Noon, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow 44224, where friends may call from 10 AM until service time.
Private burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
