Obituary of William Bernard Wagner

William "Bill" Bernard Wagner, 74, passed away August 28, 2018.

He was born in Akron, May 27, 1944 to Bernard and Florence (Burch) Wagner.

William was employed as a mechanic with Waste Management for 30 years, retiring in 2006. He enjoyed woodworking, jigsaw puzzles, LEGO's, and helping others. Above all, he loved his family and the time he spent with them.

William is preceded in death by his sisters Carol Hughes, Kathy Luttner and Kathleen Wagner.

He is survived by his wife Patricia (Wanless) Wagner; daughter Kim (Jason) Staats; grandchildren Joshua and Ashley; brothers Mike, Ken (Judy) and Steve (Mary) Wagner; sisters Mary Ellen (Don) Ervine, Pat Fry, Rosie Jones and Margaret Miller, and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Monday September 3 from 6-9 PM at Redmon Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Parish Roman Catholic Church, 1761 Second Street, Cuyahoga Falls on Tuesday September 4 at 10 AM with Father David McCarthy as celebrant. Burial Greenlawn Cemetery.
