Deborah Ann Lloyd

October 6, 1955 — July 21, 2024

STOW - Deborah Ann Lloyd, 68, born October 6, 1955, and passed away July 21, 2024.

The most beautiful soul gained her wings on July 21, 2024. To know Debbie was to love her. She was the epitome of kindness, thoughtfulness, generosity, and compassion. She made a point to get to know everyone she met and made them feel special.

Debbie was the heart of her family. Family was everything to her and she was everything to them. She created a beautiful home and was the source of unconditional love, support, comfort, and strength.

She was a loving wife to her husband and an endlessly devoted mom to her three children. Her favorite title was “Grammy,” and she was the source of pure joy for “Grammy’s precious angels.” To many of her children’s friends, she became a second mom and was fondly referred to as “Mama Lloyd.”

Debbie had a short and tough battle with cancer but was loved and supported by countless friends and family each and every day along with the compassionate doctors, nurses, and staff at Summa. She was blessed with the best caregiver in her husband who never left her side and her two nurses, Shelby and Nancy, who became family to Debbie and whom she referred to as her angels on earth.

While she has physically left this earth, she forever left her mark on many, and will always be in the hearts of her family and constant inspiration in everything they do.

Debbie is preceded in death by her son, Matthew Lloyd; parents, Joseph and Dolores Onchak; parents-in-law, Richard and Sara Lloyd; sister, Mary Ann Price; brother, Jimmy Onchak; brother-in-law, Rick Lloyd, and nephew, Raymond Price.

She is survived by her one true love of fifty years, James Lloyd; her loving daughters, Sarah (Travis) Turner and Rachel Lipinski; her beautiful grandchildren, Charlotte Lipinski, Luke Turner, and Olivia Turner; close family members; Patricia (James) Ruschak, Sue Lloyd, and Ray Price; nieces and nephews, Anna Lloyd, Christopher Lloyd, Ryan Price, Randy (Danica), and Annie Price, as well as numerous close friends.

In true fashion, Debbie requested that as an alternative to a celebration of life focused on her, to simply please stay connected with her loved ones and your own, do something thoughtful for someone, and as she told her grandchildren each day, “be good and be kind.”
